03-02-15 Reflections of Richard Nixon
By Scott Shephard
I'm sorry if you were expecting a photo of President Nixon. Instead, here's a selfie taken in a reflecting ball in the gardens outside the Richard M. Nixon Presidential Library and Museum.
I enjoyed the museum. Many important things happened during Nixon's presidency, including Armstrong's walk on the moon and the easing of tensions with China through "ping pong diplomacy." The film reviewing Nixon's presidency never mentioned the terms "Watergate" and "resigned from office." Such is the nature of history and those who write it. . . .
