So why crop? I guess I wanted to show you a bee's eye view of this flower. We all appreciate the iris but I'm guessing few of you have looked at an iris this closely. And now I know what you're thinking: "How did you get this smooth look?" Answer: It's a software filter. But I'm thinking that bees see the world as a creamy, ethereal place. And so should you. . . .
