This photo was taken at the Kew Gardens in London in 2015. I took quite a few flower photos the afternoon Deb and I visited. I could bore you with more if you’re interested. But I’ll try to resist.

When I return from foreign places with too many flower photos I often wonder what I was thinking. This photo, for example, doesn’t capture anything about the our great group trip to Great Britain or even the special place that the Kew Gardens is. The flower (about whose variety I don’t have a clue) is not likely even unique to London.

So why post? Well, I suppose the answer is that while this flower could be growing outside my window, it isn’t growing there today. So you’ll forgive me for looking elsewhere for a bit of color. And maybe even joy . . . .
