I suspect that a photo of a puppy will attract a lot more attention than one of a cat. But I feel obligated to post a picture of Zeke, our “new” cat. We have actually had him long enough that he was willing to pose for a few portraits before jumping down from the chair and ambling off to one of his many places to nap.
Zeke is a rescue cat and is somewhere between 5 and 6 years old. To those who may not like cats (and long ago I was one of those people) he is just another cat. To Deb and me, he is an important member of the household. And he is a sweetheart.
