Last night Deb (Shephard), president of Lake Area Technical Institute, was one of the guests on the SDPTV show "South Dakota Focus." And I was there as an observer (and a loyal groupie.) The topic was technical education, both in high school and in post secondary institutions such as LATI. I'm biased but I think Deb was brilliant, though so were the other folks appearing on the show.
