I have to wonder if the person who mowed this lawn used GPS to get the lines so perfectly straight and perpendicular?

This was the only good shot I got of this group. It all fell apart shortly afterwards.

04-23-15 A Rural Scene in Wales

April 23, 2015 in Blog, Europe, Landscape, Travel

By Scott Shephard

When we booked out trip to the United Kingdom, we expected April weather to be somewhat like South Dakota's April weather - cool, windy, with rain and perhaps some sun. Instead, we have had great temperatures and pure blue skies.

At the end of our canal cruise, we ended up at a manor house that had been turned into a bar. The setting was spectacular. As a photographer, I like the time of spring when the leaves are just starting to pop. They give a little more weight and texture to the branches of the trees without obscuring their structure and what lies beyond. The sheep were frosting on the cake!
