We have been touring the United Kingdom for the last few days and two nights ago we took a cruise on one of the canals that run through and across Great Britain. The canals were revolutionary in their day (early 1800s) because they provided a reliable way to get goods and raw materials throughout England. Today they are great for tourists and recreation.
As you can perhaps see here, we had a picture perfect evening to be taking a slow cruise on this amazing feats of engineering. At the end of our cruise, we celebrated with a drink at a bar that Harrison Ford had had a drink in. I hope you're impressed . . . .
