I don’t think you could pay me enough to do this work. I’m glad someone likes it . . . .

There is certainly a paradox here given the vast amount of water that laps shores that are considered semi-arid desert.

10-05-15 Seven Windows

October 05, 2015 in Architecture, Blog

By Scott Shephard

If you are a finestraphiliac*, you'll be disappointed given that my blog title suggests there are windows in this photo. But I'm not being literal in saying that there are seven windows here; I'm being figurative. Can you count them all? Actually, if you consider time as a kind of window**, there are eight windows.

Of course, if you don't like playing mind games, here's another totally different question: What are the similarities between today's photo and yesterday's? "None," you say? Look again.

(I should mention that this photo was taken at The Legion of Honor in San Francisco.)

*A person who is in love with windows. (It's really a word.)

**As in "launch window" or "window of opportunity"
