This is what I would call the “14th Ave. NW water tower.” My title suggests that there is some big secret being hidden by this mysterious curtain. But, as it turns out, the curtain goes up and down fairly easily and the “secret” is a new paint job.
I been wanting to get a drone photo of the progess on the placement of this curtain but it has been raining in Watertown off and on for a week. But yesterday there was a break in the weather and, though my little drone had to fight a pretty good wind, I got a photo.
I’ll try to get more this week and, if I’m lucky, I’ll show you what’s under the curtain.
