Darrin, a friend of ours, once referred to Zeke, our 9-year-old cat, as “the celebrity cat.” I had to smile at that because generally cats don’t seek attention and certainly not fame. But Zeke is known because of his occasional appearances on Facebook. He also has a best-selling book available on Amazon. (It is ranked as #4819 in children’s’ cat books!) So I guess that in his small world, he is famous.
I don’t know about you and your pets, but I have way too many photos of our two cats. Here is yet another. But I was experimenting with this one in that I discovered that I could take photos with my phone from within Lightroom, which is my main editing and organizing application. On top of that, I could choose black and white as the shooting mode. And even better, within a minute or two the photos showed up on my iPad and even my desktop, which is where I edited this picture.
The challenge with this photo was that Zeke was sleeping on the back of the couch and we had to wake him up to get the shot. Such is the life of a celebrity. . . .
