Good light, a good subject and the right equipment should make it easier to get a good picture. In this case I was about 20 miles northeast of Moab, Utah, along the Colorado River looking to photograph one of "castles" that have been left behind by eons of erosional forces. Scale is hard to judge here but trust me when I say I felt very small in this fabulous landscape.
