Black Elk Wilderness Trail - Black Hills, SD (Spring, 2007)
I’d be curious to know how this photo makes you feel. For me, it is familiar ground given that I have walked this trail countless times and have taken hundreds of photographs here and along Iron Creek, which parallels this trail for several miles. For me, it is intriguing and enticing. As I stroll along this path I must be wondering, “What will I find?” On this particular day in April, 2007, I found this photo. Just waiting for me.
