I posted a photo of a freshly cut wheat field in central South Dakota a few days ago and so when I went looking for something in the archives for today's post, I found this. I have photographed wheat quite a bit. And of course the golden color of wheat is attractive but given that I like the structure and pattern of wheat, this black and white treatment pleases my eye.
