At age 10 and after countless times in front of my camera, Glenyce J is certainly the easiest grandchild to pose. In fact, given her exposure to media, she tends to over pose. I say, “Turn your face slightly away from me.” “Tilt your head. No, no so much” And so on.
Nevertheless, it’s nice to have a subject so comfortable with the photographer and I think you can see that here in this photo. As I’ve said before, the secret to getting a good photo is a combination of three things: good timing, good light, and (of course) a good subject.
