It’s only fitting, but perhaps not fair, that Maggie’s sisters’ photos preceded hers in this blog. I was the third of my living siblings*, and photos of me do not figure prominently in our family photo collection.
What I like about this photo is that Maggie is clearly oblivious to my camera, which means that in a way I am not present in this photo. This is a completely candid and natural look - especially the pose of her hands. What is she looking at? One of her older sisters, of course.
