Occasionally I get in to my photographic time machine and revisit photos from the past that I like but didn’t share. This is such an occasion. The subject is what is known as “the Castles” and you would find these south of highway 20 in the western part of our state. They are part of an area that is known to some as the Slim Buttes.

I have to wonder if the person who mowed this lawn used GPS to get the lines so perfectly straight and perpendicular?
Getting an interesting photo is often about being at the right place at the right time. Sometimes, as with this photo, it’s about getting to the right place at the right time.

By June (or maybe earlier?) maybe we’ll have a bridge to Somewhere?
